North America, 1789. The
American Revolution of 4th of July 1776 against the iron-clad
British Empire is complete and the need for the establishment of constitutional
structures for the new free society has arisen.
Liberation from the relentless
English yoke has just been achieved.
This is the moment the world will change and
after 2300 years humanity once again will cloak itself in the mantle of Right.
The architect of the
greatest victory in second millennium is the General of the Generals, George
Washington, whose greatness, as shown below, was not limited in his military
virtues but also and much more in his political perception enhanced by the
integrity of this character.
During the victors’
convocation, Washington’s compatriots propose to him to be dubbed the new King
of America.
Nevertheless, by late 18th century
this form of polity was the unquestioned form of government. To the
surprise of the rest of The Founding Fathers as well as of the international
community he REFUSES saying that he cannot be crowned a King after
defeating a King in the War (implying George III).
At this moment one can
see the birth of Greece’s genuine daughter, as the General of the Generals
addresses Thomas Jefferson, a distinguished American patriot, senior
compiler of The Declaration of Independence of 4th of July 1776,
enquiring him about the polity of the new entity that will give to its People
real freedom and prosperity not limited among a few tens of families as was the
norm in Europe of that time and until today in certain parts of the Balkan
Peninsula and the majority of Asian countries.
Thomas Jefferson responds
that the question of the “ideal” State which will be distinguished in the
coming ages had already been solved in Ancient Greece, particularly by
Aristotle in his eight relevant books, according to which, as Jefferson
explains, three branches of Power, among others, must exist – Legislative,
Judicial, Executive – completely independent to each other as the contrary may
cause complications to the Polity itself (the so-called “Parliamentarianism”
where the party controlling the Executive branch also controls the majority in
the Parliament and the People is under the impression that its elected
representatives control the executives, while both - MPs and Ministers – belong
to the same Party !!! (Beware: Parliamentarianism does not have the meaning of
the existence of Parliament).
This governing model,
2300 years after been proposed by Aristotle, was implemented in the United
States and from there the brightest paradigm of a successful democratic state
on this Earth started, known as “checks and balances”, tending to replace the
theretofore perception of the British Empire maintaining strict social classes
segregation and limited rights to the few.
Within less than 200
years the new American state became the single World Superpower subscribing to
the belief and of hunger and wars eradication establishing the dogma of wealth
and power available to all willing to pursue. United States did not hesitate to
sacrifice its children in all armed conflicts attempting on one hand to put
limitations to the inhumane and voracious monster of totalitarianism (be it
either Nazism or Communism) that swallowed and continues to devour millions of
human beings condemning even more of them to misery and on the other hand to
prevent “deeply religious orientals” attempting the infliction of their
religious dogmas by brutal force, recently through nuclear means by nations /
states determined enemies of Humanism and Human Rights in general.
Nowadays, the
Aristotelian state model is thoroughly taught, among many universities in the
finest of all, the so-called “Harvard University” of Massachusetts enlightening
thousands of students throughout the World on the righteousness and behoves
concerning the structure of political power.
The Aristotelian /
American model of governance is the one not meant to cover any scandals – e.g.
“Watergate”, “Lewinsky” – details of which can be reached even by the simplest
citizen.
It is a polity model
capable of learning from its mistakes, constantly evolving towards its unique
goal, the well-being of the American citizen but also any citizen would love to
prosper by respecting the Law and his fellow citizens. There are hundreds
of examples where America dashed to offer care and support to American citizens
wherever they faced distress. It is the obligation of the State and this very
State holds on to its promises, therefore every citizen returns this emotion through
the well-known expression «God bless America» meaning it deeply.
This State will not
mock you. It’s the strong institutions that protect you, not the will or the
mood of the state operatives, which in many countries they themselves control
the laws and institutions. There is no possibility for someone to request
something in writing form in America and their problem solved accordingly by
the appropriate operatives. The Law and the Institutions are above all as
“Special Friends” and expressions like “Do you know who I am?” simply do NOT
exist. People are all equal because they are ALL under the same set of Rules,
valid for all with no exceptions. Rules build the “System” and not vice versa.
Certain problems exist
in governing the country as well as in citizen – state relations. By all means
it’s not about Paradise since we refer to a society consisting of humans.
However, what must be evaluated is the minimum interference of State
mechanisms, the way and time of resolutions as well as the problem ascertainment
on behalf of the State and its immediate solution offering. These points define
America as the best governed and finest state in the World.
Many propagandists
from other largely failed political models will talk about scandals and economy
failures. Beyond half truths presented by holders of doctorates
in mind engineering / thought control, we’ll examine
the example of Lehman Brothers that indeed tested the limits of the
Government and public life in the US. None informed us how long did it last, none
said how it was solved and certainly none said that the people
responsible for that, were punished with decades of incarceration and to this
day they are confined in jail. Moreover, none said what happened to the
Governor due to manipulating the replacement of elected President Obama to his
empty Senate seat in Illinois as well as other corruption issues as put forth
by Attorney General Patrick Fitzgerald. The aforementioned public figure was
arrested by the FBI without anyone asking “who and what that person was”.
Insulting the Institutions will bring you against legal consequences, “no matter what”!!!
Nowadays, the most
valuable paradigm for the civilized world concerning interaction between State
and Citizen, as defined by western constitutional law, is frequently attacked
by the raged and uneducated mob through the motto “Americans, killers of the
Peoples”. Before adopting any allegations it would be useful to examine who
says what and why.
Who would accept
anything said against them without an elementary crosscheck of any rumors? Who would like to go to court without expressing their personal opinion?
In order to analyze
eastern propaganda against Greece’s genuine daughter keeping Greek ideals still
relevant and alive, thousands of written pages would be necessary. As a joke
among participants in psychology conventions says, when Soviet propaganda got its
PhD, other countries started to learn elementary school basics. The term
“Soviet” is cited since that was the mother of the obscure propaganda of
“internationalism”. It has managed to convince thousands – especially uneducated youngsters – that the
Red October revolution of 1917 in Russia is the greatest and most democratic
event in world history, ignoring the massacres of the numerous
dissenters and the fact that the «democratic red revolution did NOT allow
democratic, universal, secret and free elections for the ensuing 80 years!!!
So,
something must be wrong… We could compare the aforementioned sick motto to the
Greek myth of Prometheus, who after delivering the gift of fire to the mortals
allowing them to escape from their animal destiny, he became the object of
revenge and exemplary punishment by the rest of the gods. In the same fashion
the United States…DARED to disseminate knowledge, meritocracy, free expression,
solidarity, liberty, light against the darkness of vindictive political systems
and religions, as the aforementioned right of one’s participation in public
affairs no matter of one’s origins, social or otherwise.
What other innovations
emerged from this American experiment other than the finer State structure?
This can be visualized
as follows:
Imagine a leader of an
eastern, anti-American, anti-Western totalitarian regime, exhausted by his
daily “chores and errants” entering his chambers in order to seek some rest. He
opens the door and turns on the switch so that electricity defined
by Benjamin Franklin lights in turn the lamp invented
by Thomas Edison. Let there be light in our “leader’s” chamber!
Afterwards, he presses the “on” switch in his computer, a brain child of
Charles Babbage, in order to check his e-mails, using the Internet
developed by “cursed” Tim Berners Lee through the protocol invented by Bob
Kahn and Vint Cerf.
Sifting through his
e-mails, he cannot find one from his son (heir apparent) and decides to utilize
the appliance invented by “cursed” Alexander Graham Bell. He makes a
call in order to hear from him. His son tells him that he decided to study
geometry as he has deduced that since Euclid to this very moment nothing newer
has been added, therefore the Greek scholar “had thought of them all”. Anyway,
he is lucky since he will be able to study since, as a diabetic, he would die
slowly unless Frederick Banting had discover insulin. The wall behind his phone
is decorated by art created by Da Vinci,
Picasso and Van Gogh.
It is about time,
though, to see if his channel, controlled by his party Commissar, would
properly transmit the news. He grabs the remote that Robert Adler “dared” to
invent and allows him to sit comfortably while he controls his propaganda. He
switches on his color TV set offered to humanity by Peter Carl Goldmark and
right away he connects it to the projector by Charles Francis Jenkins. He
unzips his zip given to us all by Whitcomb Judson in order to dress himself
more comfortably. However he feels his chest heavy and calls his doctor. The
doctor shows up immediately and checks on his leader with the stethoscope
invented by René Laennec. The doctor asks if the “his excellency” has taken his
prescription antibiotics with penicillin that “shamelessly” in 1928
Alexander Fleming discovered, thus changing humanity’s future
forever. The leader concurs and tries to suppress his headache with 20th
century’s most famous medicament, aspirin, invented by Felix Hoffmann.
After being relieved
from his ordeal, he asks the doctor to leave him alone in order to rehearse his
speech to be delivered the next day to his proletarian people. With that speech
he will denounce Western Civilization and naturally its strongest proponent,
the United States as “murderers of the peoples”!!! He prepares himself to offer
to all proletarian-bolsheviks the infallible recipe of eternal obscure-cultural
propaganda flourishing in minds of reduced social and ethical perception!!! If
someone dares not to cheer is executed summarily or follow a “career” in
well-known (unfortunately not to all) gulags!!!
Leaving our “leader”
alone to rest, let’s return to the present article’s main purpose, its
intention for reflection and encourage the reader to ask “WHY” to every prompt.
The case for the
United States is the safest example in order for someone to compare what is
true and what is false in what is known as power games. There is no
conspiracy in knowledge itself…there is only knowledge and one’s will to
conquer it or not.
There is a
surprisingly high volume of societies where opinion exists without
knowledge.
Similarly, there is a
great number of people in this country who without even having been to Western
Europe (not even ever outside Greece) bear strong opinions on the structure and
stature of the modern American State and generally its sociopolitical course,
thought and existence. It’s about all these people that are ignorant of the
number of articles in the Greek Constitution, or, as I heard someone saying the
other day “not impressed when read the
English Constitution”, ignoring that there is no codified English constitution
at all!!!
On the contrary, without having been to countries where the scourge of bolshevism has rule – or still rules – these people still see a paradise promised by melodies and nice songs aiming directly into instinct-bearing lobes of the brain, thus securing a critical mass of party-faithful followers ready for an obscure revolution, offering their freedom to an “enlightened” oligarchy leading to a political paradise whose pursue has cost billions of lives. This oligarchy offers a voyage on a boat with nice memories, songs, guitars, substances, fun, affairs, anything people like. However
none sees the harbor this boat is sailing to. A harbor where fun will be
abolished beyond any human fantasy!!!
As mentioned before,
America is the daughter of nowadays small Greece. It’s a fact that the Mother
of all times managed to donate the brightest of all arts and sciences and it
seems that God Almighty helped with a miracle: the golden seeds of Greek
philosophers, generals and rulers were taken by America and dispersed with
prudence and gratitude to each one of its States, while offered generously to
all peoples seeking freedom and prosperity.
It is not a lie that
America does not forget and “sell away” her allies. It’s a greater truth that
America does NOT forget her Mother lying at the edge of the Balkan Peninsula
scourged by the Ottoman rule and all kinds of political or religious
obsessions. The Greeks must not forget the valuable assistance they received
after the War (which for Greece finished in 1949) when Greece was reestablished
with American help. We don’t even forget the recent “political gesture” by
President Obama towards the Chancellor in order she stop “spurring the Mother’s
sides”.
Accordingly, it has to
be underlined that the United States protect what they offer generously…Yes...
The United States will not hesitate to exert their diplomatic influence or even
their mighty military strength in order to punish or “meddle” where there is
injustice and oppression. A doctor in order to find and uroot a well hidden
cancerous tumor must cut deeply into the patient’s torso in order to save him.
However, the obscure “internationalist” will appear criticizing and suing the
doctor by convincing the saved kid’s father that he did wrong since he anesthetized him and cut through him
with a scalpel…
The United States will
never “meddle” in peoples self-determination which they have proved they
support for decades. They will not interfere to the form of polity (be it
presidential, semi-presidential, with or without parliamentarianism) as applied
by free states. But if those states end up jailing dissidents, materialize
nuclear programs in the name of Allah, spread totalitarian regimes and
generally fare against Human Rights as defined by the UN Charter, then none
must stay put and above all America herself in order to bring them back to
legality and normality.
Therefore it’s a
necessity for us to bring an end to all those peculiar theories we have adopted
lately listening to revolutionary songs of the “Mountain Government”
(illegitimate temporary communist government of Greece during the ww2) and
proceed to a mature socioethical and political perception. This
internationalistic hegemony that approves of even murders if they are committed
by “democratic red armies or red persons” must end. Take for example the
massacre of students in Prague or the hanging of Hungarian prime minister
Imre Nagy in 1958, after a “secret trial” by the Soviets. The
Hungarian statesman was buried face-down with his arms tied behind his back.
Greece today…The
Mother of the mightiest and socio-politically finest State of the World is
ailing. Let’s not bite the hand of Greek Civilization’s genuine daughter and
let’s utilize at last the common Aristotelian sense and logic part of which is
the application in our lives of the queries “who” and “why”.
America, contrary to
dark and conspiratory movements, considers that “the Sun shines for everyone”
and we, as the civilized Western World must understand that the United States
is by far our best asset in preserving humane values, like the ones born here,
spread throughout Europe and materialized, through the American Revolution in
the New World. It replaced an
ambiguous Empire of “Divide and Conquer” with a “New World Order”, a term purposefully
defamed by those who choose to keep their personal interests above the rights
of the commoners.
